The interview process was direct and straight forward. Very simple on basic questions anyone can answer. I believe the hr manager was outgoing and friendly. Just be yourself and going in with an open mind. Themis is not a traditional job. It gets really personal and very involved.

It was seemingly short and wasn't very hard the hiring manager made the process made me feel very relaxed and at ease as well. So there was definitely no pressure while I did my interview.
