Interview
The interview process for HEB is long. If you apply you have to interview questions on video or text if you qualify, but they aren't timed. Then after you finish that you have to submit another 3-minute video with a question and you can redo it only once. If they like you they will give you a call or email you for an in-person interview.
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

The H-E-B interview process is friendly and straightforward, usually involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focusing on customer service, availability, and teamwork skills. Just have open availability and you should be good
