Interview
The interview was not too difficult if you do basic research about the company and show some interest in HEB like their products, their culture, history, etc. Had a group interview so make sure to stand out among them and you will get a call back if you get the job or not.
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
