I applied online. About a week later I got an automated email saying congratulations, I've been invited to record a video interview. The email had instructions with a link. I had to answer a series of 4 questions, one by one (couldn't skip ahead or go backwards). They give you two tries to record your answers. The instructions said I'd hear back in a week whether I'd make it to a live interview after they reviewed the video recording. Several weeks went by and I figured I didn't make the final round for the live interview. I finally got contacted by the hiring manager saying he'd like to set up a panel interview. The panel interview was with the hiring manager and three of his colleagues on Zoom. They took turns asking questions. It seemed pretty organized.
