Holt managers are horrible, they enjoy listening to themselves talk but they already have their minds made up before a job is posted. Plenty of jobs were never posted or were filled before the application deadline was even met.

I was "recruited" and asked to apply for a job that I didn't want. I was paid by the same manager to go to a different store for one week to try and start learning the new job. After I was begged, I filled out the application but never even got an interview.
Set up interview by call. The interview was done on zoom including 4 representatives from the firm. They all asked various questions and delivered feedback as we went on. After about 30 minutes of talking they ended the interview and were very prompt with further communication.
