HRsoft interview questions

30 minute interview with standard questions + a couple of simple technical questions. The one thing that I thought was odd is that they didn't have their cameras on even though I had mine on the entire time. It was hard to make a genuine connection and gauge their responses because I couldn't read their body language. I agreed to a video interview, so I expected the interviewer to also have their camera on. Additionally, they didn't really talk much about the role itself at all. About 90% of it consisted of me answering their questions. A job interview should be a two way interaction, but this one felt very one-sided.

It was good experience. Interviewer person is very polite. It was very seamless process. The questions is on proper live scenario. I have given both technical interviews and my experience was great.
