Interview
We had to answer some suitability questions which were pretty straightforward as well as complete some online logic tests. This was followed by a telephone interview if successful with the previous stage.

There was only one round interview conducted by HR. The interview was motivational/ competency-based as the programme was for first-year students. Questions were standard.

Interview
I applied online to the Global Banking & Markets spring insight programme. They ask 4 questions on their application, each requiring 300-word answers. After the initial application and test (situational judgement), I was invited to a competency-based telephone interview. The process took approximately 8 weeks.
