I obtained an interview opportunity through a family member who was working in the bank. The interview process was fairly straight forward and amicable. The interviewer covered the basic questions in sequence; run-through of resume, why I wanted the position I was interviewing for, key relevant expertise areas in project management, leadership experience, leadership style, and a few other general fit questions. I was interviewed by 2 people on 2 different occasions. First by the head of the division, and subsequently the head of the department who would be my immediate superior.
