first of all, apply online and complete easy online test. Then, phone interview asking questions motivational and behavioral. Lastly, 4 hour intensive assessment centre consisting of four parts with four panels, consisting of presentation, pitching, behavioral and technical interview. Interview
The interview process can be arbitrary depending on the interviewers, hit and miss at times. If you don't pass it for the first time, keep showing interest and you might be invited back for another interview.
Online tests which took quite a long time before arranging a telephone interview. Telephone interview consisted of questions regarding how you would deal with clients, as well as other employees. Not competency based.
