Hiring done to replace retiring or separated employees. Normally through recruitment agency for senior positions. Preference for internal staff to occupy vacant positions as a means to provide career growth. Interviews conducted by hiring manager. Recruitment team only provides pool of candidates where basic screening is performed. Once selected, HR team provides range of salary offer based on grade level of the job applied for.

Fairly simple with just normal questions. Some maths questions. They then asked me to explain my back grown and a run through my CV. I got a chance to ask questions at the end.
The role involves a variety of dynamic situations that require significant public interaction and visibility. It also includes responsibilities such as video documentation, coordination with Human Resources, and detailed reporting processes.

Interview
HR manager conducted screening and indicated he planned to push me forward, but then never followed up. I reached out twice in the weeks following to no avail. Listing was then removed.
