I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (Hong Kong) in Mar 2017
Interview
The first phone interview was a terrible experience as I was interviewed by someone with a very thick accent. She kept telling me to stop and repeat what I was saying so that she can type everything down. Second phone interview was much better and I was able to say everything that i wanted
First goes through values, then apt test, then goes through phone interview, then goes to face to face interview. The phone interview is just the hr copying every word he or she heard, however the hr I faced wasn't that nice cuz she kept on interrupting my answer to tell me to talk slower
