Applied on online job portal. Got a call from Company and one fine day asked to attend for interview. had 3 rounds of interview. one was pure technical. 2nd one was manager technical round. 3rd was AVP round and final was with HR. All the rounds are happened on same day. But took around 45day to complete the back ground check.
