A virtual recorded interview that lasted around 15 minutes, with common behavioural and competency-based questions such as describe a time in which you showed problem solving. Two minutes to answer and one minute to prepare.

Question 1
Walk us through a time when you had to show problem solving capabilities.
There are online tests including behaviour tests (how you would act in certain scenarios), one way video recorded interview questions and a final long case study where you are given data you have to interpret and talk about.
Application, online test, job simulation. Can only get to job simulation after completing online test. Application does not require cover letter; only CV. Job simulation covers similar numerical, verbal reasoning sections like online test, but also incorporates recorded video interview element.
Job simulation with built in one way video interviews. There was no face to face or interviews with real recruiters it was all one way assessments that were reviewed by HR and decisions were then made.
