How do you solve a situation where a client call in and required actions regarding to her account, but she could not provide any password (but all the other information?)

Submission of application online; aptitude test afterwards (numerical and verbal) (SHL test) each with around 30 questions to be completed in 20 minutes; invited to face to face interview with both HR and line manager present to talk about career goals and other things; Background screening after acceptance of offer (which was a bit odd)
