Interview
Began with a phone screening with the HR Coordinator. Then had two in person interviews, one panel interview with potential boss and program director, and then final interview with senior leadership member.

A group of 3 people interviewing and asking you questions, and you of course are giving a response. Feedback on certain safety and rules and regulations when working on houses and what operations must be done
