I applied directly from the Hackerrank career page. HR reached out pretty quickly. He scheduled Interview with Engineering Manager (Integrations) - Miles Smith but got rescheduled due to the federal holiday of Juneteenth. Another HR contacted me to schedule an Interview with a senior engineer (Antonio). HR shares a list of formats for rounds to be conducted. First Round was technical Coding involving DSA/Algo problems. On the day of the interview, I was asked to write CRUD API for Stocks on Nodejs. I felt unprepared to initiate the interview and requested to reschedule. The interviewer asked to reach out to HR for it and left the Chat. After Following up with HR, I've been told that we are not considering your candidacy for the role. I was rejected because of ambiguity and without any appropriate assessment. I felt disappointed with the whole process getting ended abruptly. It was one of my dream companies to work with. Quite Unfortunate.
