Interview was a panel interview, included UW supervisor and manager. Interview was good; they were clear on what they were looking for and very attentive. Management seemed to be attentive and caring about process improvement

I felt like there was a disconnect between the department that was hiring and the recruiting team. Almost like they were working against each other. The recruiter made no effort to familiarize themself with my resume and it was reflected in the questions that they asked me to answer.
