Hiring process was extremely easy, with just about every basic interview question you could imagine. They want to know who you are as a person and why you are interested, so they can determine if you are a good fit. For a casual retail store, the interview was actually very formal, but still comfortable.

Went in, stood at the cash register while the manager asked me a few questions and was told I’d hear back in a day or two. Waited a few days and was called with an offer.

Was a sit down interview with the manager. She was looking if I was personable and friendly. Also I had to do simple math and subtraction. Over all it was an easy experience. Dress professionally but casual. Not flip flops.
Asked questions to get to know you a bit more. they asked about qualifications, such as if you'll be able to stand for long periods of time and if you can lift heavy things. then youre required to take a personality test and they'll call you later
