Recruiter first-level phone call interview. Not very personalized, mainly gaining understanding of technical abilities, skills, and experience related to the position. Lasted about 20 minutes, wanted to know interest in the company and relevant experience, pretty straightforward, but just felt like they were following a rubric, very generic

Overall really good experience. Friendly staff. Included both individual interview with the director and group interview with the team. Asked about both personality and professional skills questions, with specific case scenarios.
