It was a very impersonal interview with assessments that were not even mentioned to the recruiter or myself. Both ladies were stoic, and ice cold. There were never any qualifying questions about the role or how much I knew about the company or products.
Later, I found out that they were interviewing me for the wrong position! They don't communicate well within each other so how is one going to work in an environment that is confused to start. Beware of the click from within.
