With multiple years expierience they want to pay low wages and high quality people. Push push push. Then they seem like they want you but I don't know if they're ready to step up to the real deal employees which is a shame for the franchise brand. Interview at an unconventional office setting is good as most businesses are small but with that in mind so is your overhead.. offer what your g uy is worth not what you going bottom line. Thanks
