I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HansaWorld (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
Efficient and everyone was nice to deal with. Questions showed genuine interest in my happiness if I joined the company and fit with corporate culture. Work remote and travel might not suit everyone

Asked to present things to show clarity of thought and presentation skills generally. Very wide range of topics and not role specific
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HansaWorld (New York, NY)
Interview
Warning!! Very weird process, they do not have the time to interview you so they want you to do a recording where you answer even more confusing questions. Such as how my government handled the Covid outbreak. Clearly there was a theme with the question which is not really ok.
Also I was not even sure that I wanted to participate at all given all the bad ratings on Glassdoor. So I had a short call with someone from HR where they assured me that everything is ok.
After that, I did the interview questions even though it didn't feel good. But they really liked my profile and had a good salary offering.
But after my recording they start claim that they didn't like the recording, so I asked the recruiter why. After a few back and forths they finally came around and made up an excuse that my attitude was bad and that I did not stare in to the camera all the time....
Honestly, this is super unpleasant and I'm not even sure why I let them persuade me. If they want interaction, have a normal interview, with normal interview questions. Or a product case.

Question 1
Can you comment on how your country’s government is handling the Covid-19 pandemic?
Thank you for sending us your feedback. We appreciate all opinions and yours is especially valuable since it emphasises how differently things can be perceived from two different angles.
I am happy you noted that we were flexible and took extra steps to address your concerns even before we started the interviewing process with you.
Our interviewing process has three steps. The first one is creating a video presentation, followed by two live interviews with a HR representative and the hiring manager which are mostly conducted in the form of a video call.
Why do we ask for a video presentation? HansaWorld employees are spread all over the world and this means that most of the communication and training is done using remote communication tools. Our company language is English. Therefore it is very important for us to evaluate the candidate’s English language skills and to understand if the person feels at ease when talking to a camera. To understand how are the candidate’s English language skills outside of the role related vocabulary, we have selected several topics that recently made the headlines for discussion in the video presentation.
We understand that our interviewing process might not suit everyone and that not everyone is willing to record a video of himself. But every candidate selects what is the best for her/him. If I’m not mistaken, you didn’t want to have a video call for our short pre-interview talk as well.
Thank you again for your feedback.. If you would like to speak more about your experience, please contact me at hrhelp@hansaworld.com and we will set up time to talk. Meanwhile we wish you all the best in your career.

Interview
I got a quick response for my job application, we agreed on the interview the day/time. No one called me at the agreed time and also could not get a response to my follow-up email. It is totally unacceptable.
