Very long and awkward but overall it was better than any other company, the manager was very friendly and basically told me all i needed to know about the job and i liked her. I could tell she was frazzled from being short handed. She explained i would get a welcome letter with my employee number and thats when i would start.

I applied for a part time position, and within a week the store manager called me to discuss the position. She was very professional and also laid back enough to have a real conversation, not a scripted checklist. We were able to work around my full time job schedule and asked to meet me in person. The face to face interview also included the supervisor for the department I was applying for. Again they presented themselves as very knowledgeable and talked TO me not AT me, no pretentious attitudes at all. I was shown around the store and warehouse getting information along the way about processes and “day in the life of”. At the end of the interview I was told when I would hear back from them and they called on the promised day. I was hired and in my first month of employment, so far very happy.
