My interview process with HDMC was a wonderful experience from a candidate's POV. The process also moved exceptionally quickly, and the interview panel was diverse. I interviewed with two members of the recruiting team, the Manager of Recruiting and an HRBP.

Question 1
The interview questions that I was asked were concerning my recruiting skills and abilities, management of others, DEI, recruitment marketing, and a host of other questions. An HRBP was also a part of the process, which I appreciated as the position would partner greatly with this associate.
