Harris County Appraisal District interview questions

Greeted with warm smiles and a comforting welcome, I was interview with 2 Supervisors and an HR generalist. The team asked general, easy flowing questions and allowed the applicant to provide feedback at the end. I applied online 2 weeks prior to the interview.

You interview with a panel that consist of an HR member, your to-be supervisor(s), and the department supervisor. They tell you about the position you are applying for and ask how you meet the requirements. Once they have asked all of their questions and you have given your responses, they open it up for any questions that you may have. After, you take a data-entry and alphabetical order test.
