1 in person interview with DM and 1 over the phone interview with the VP of Retail very easy interviews. I knew I was a fit for the company when the DM/VP took my assessment of the store and the market demographic seriously. The interview felt more like a conversation instead of questionnaire. The process was very pleasant and they did not keep me waiting very long before they made the final offer.
