DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THEM.
The most unprofessional interview process I’ve ever experienced. The interviewer failed to show up. I took time out of my working day and life responsibilities that I made to make it. Disgruntled, I messaged her boss on LinkedIn, less than 5 mins later I got a call to reschedule from said person. The message I got from LinkedIn was this was not the appropriate way to handle this. I emailed the person and said I’d like to withdraw my application. Dude you messed up by missing the meeting, and you wanna gaslight me? Nah I’m good withdraw. The person didn’t even apologize
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hatch
Interview
1. Recruiter
2. Hiring Manager
3. Another Hiring Manager
4. VP
It was a nice process and the recruiter was really helpful. The hiring team actually responded to my thank you and follow up emails which was a lovely touch. :) However, an interviewer replied 'no' to the calendar invite for my 4th round and I could not get ahold of the team at all for over a week to ask why, reschedule, etc. In the end I did receive notice over a week later that they had filled the role but I thought it was quite odd to just decline an invite and not at least communicate next steps or expectations with someone who had gotten so far in the process.
