It was a 2 part interview process. The first was with one of the department managers and the second was a group Zoom meeting with several members of the team.

Crazy questions about balancing a scale and other mind benders to see how well you can think quickly and resolve problems. I think it was basically designed to put you in stress mode.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HawkSoft (Canby, OR) in May 2014

* Send Resume * Phone conversation with Team Lead * Interview with Team Lead * Was sent a request to complete a test. It seemed to be a mix of an IQ test with additional Meier's Briggs style questions. * 2nd Interview with Team Lead's superior (Team Manager), with others present.

All of the super basic interview questions. Questions about your experience in the tech industry, dealing with angry customers/colleagues, process for dealing with questions you can't answer, troubleshooting process, organizational process, and lots of 'tell of a time when you...dealt with...encountered...etc'.
