I applied online. I interviewed at Hay and Kilner (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)
Interview
The interview consisted of a negotiation between 5 candidates and a written task in their office where you were given an article and had to summarise it in the form of an email to your supervisor
- The process itself is relaxing. It looks like some applicants have some sort of networking with some partners, and they were allocated to that certain partner for the assessment. They took a longer time to chat with the partner after the team that I was in completed the assessment for a while.
- The firm promised to provide individual feedback if the applicant can reach the stage of the assessment centre, but I got nothing although I sent two emails to politely request the feedback.
