Everyone I met was really friendly and welcoming, the Partners who were doing the interview were both very kind and funny, it made the interview process less daunting. They also both seemed to really enjoy working there which is a big green flag

The interview was very casual, they asked a few competency questions but the partners were really nice. They ask first ask you to introduce yourself and really just go through your CV. They have a list of questions they look at to ask.
