After some initial interviews, I was referred to a 3-hour interview panel consisting of 3 separate interviews with 2 interviewers in each. Each interview had a theme, such as behavioral questions, professional altercations in the past, etc. All of the interviews went very well, so I thought. Weeks go past, I hear nothing. After a couple weeks, I reach out to some of the staff, hearing absolutely nothing back. 2 screener interviews and then a 3-hour interview just to be ghosted is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend working at this company as an employee if this is how they treat prospective employees.
