4 interviews. First one was getting an overview of the company and role, I was asked a few questions about why I am interested towards the end. Next two interviews consisted of a 20 min mock test followed by answering some in depth questions about my background and strengths. Final interview I got to speak with leadership and ask them questions. This process spanned 2-3 months.

They do a great job at explaining the company, what they are looking for and the tasks of the job. Each interviewer was friendly, professional, and nice to talk to. It showed a strong culture of support and growth.
