      SDR Interview

      28 Jun 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ

      Interview

This process was long and excruciating. Started with a phone interview, then came in for a one on one with Manny. After that they had me come in again for a 15 minute presentation in front of the executives outlining all my accomplishments. Then they had me come in for an interview with the sales director, which then turned into a 45 minute “test” outlining the company’s roadmap, formula for how to calculate life insurance, typing test, writing a sample email and doing a sample call. After this they said they would contact me and after a week still hadn’t heard anything so I reached out to them where they then decided to not extend an offer. This whole process took 3 weeks just to be rejected.

      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2018

      Interview

Very unique interview process. One phone interview with a recruiter then a one-on-one interview on-site where I got to shadow someone in the position for about an hour after. I got the feel of what the position would be like and got to hang out with the other employees- everyone was really friendly and energetic! After that interview, I went in again to present a "brag sheet" in front of the leadership team and was offered the job after another one-on-one. Overall- everyone in the process was very professional and supportive. So impressed by this company!

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Health IQ (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Was kind of a long process, CEO was a bit rude during the interview process. They asked to compose a brag sheet that seems to be the main determination on who they select for the job position itself. I agree that this company is new and maybe they are trying new things to implement how they choose their candidates but maybe academic testing should be imposed to help select and weed out the bull applicants from the good.

      Interview questions [3]

      Question 1

Having a brag sheet is probably the most archaic way to select applicants.

      Question 2

GPA isn't the only way to determine IQ levels.

      Question 3

What is your experience and how does that tie to this position you are applying to
