Interview
I had an initial phone interview. This was positive and productive. Then next step was to complete a 15 min write up on my achievements from grade school to professional life. I was surprised to find the CEO not well prepared. It was apparent he did not take the time to read my resume- disappointed!

Question 1
When interviewing for a Director role- was asked if I would spend the next 6 months selling on the phones first ( note for the wise- this is a sweatshop of sellers- selling Life Insurance all crammed into one room- CEO mentioned that co-workers get a negative response when they tell their peers they sell Life Insurance - Yikes a negative sell from the CEO- not sure why he would have this view or opinion of his own company) My advice - don't waste your time here!
