Met with referring agent...who is my insurance agent, recruiter, agency manager. I submitted my resume, recruiter met with me and scheduled an interview with Agency Manager. Overall easy process.

Interview was great. It was more like a conversation. Interviewer was very friendly and I was very relaxed. He gave great insight into the company and other programs that they have.
