I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Healthy Spot (Costa Mesa, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I went in to a small office room and interviewed with the store manager and a regional. The regional had her dog with her, so doing an interview with a dog to pet is pretty cool. They were very friendly and open minded ,asked interesting questions related to your personality and not just the straight up typical questions. They didn't make me feel judged or pressured and I just had typical nerves but nothing negative. It was just a friendly get to know eachother and to see what personality type I was.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Healthy Spot (Studio City, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Very easy. They do a phone interview right away, which takes about 40 minutes. They ask about your prior experience with dogs and also about your previous jobs. Then if you pass that, you get an in person interview with the manager of whatever store you applied to. This interview is more about just you as a person. There were a lot of questions about life in high school and college.
