The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Heart English School (Ibaraki) in Sept 2022
Interview
It was an easy interview. First there's grammar test followed by demo lesson. For Grammar test, they ask you to spell some words, then give you 10 sentences and ask you to correct them. After that, they ask you to read a paragraph to check your accent and pronunciation. Then, there's the Demo lesson followed by usual interview questions.
It's an easy interview. Just a spelling test, grammar test then u real a phrase for them.
But most often they will prefer english natives. They were friendly with the process as well.

Interview
It wasn't the tests that were difficult. It's how the interviewer or HR treats you.
I don't recommend this company if you have any self respect left. Basically it's grammar test where he mocks you for intonation and actually answering the grammar mistakes. A story portion not for accents but literally tpr I guess. if you like to feel bad about yourself then yes go with them. it's not even a matter of qualifications but military style belittlement and task following.
