Heartflow interview questions

I interviewed for the FRM position a couple of months ago. Interview invites were sent with a specific day and time- the candidate was not able to choose an interview day and time. The first round was fairly laid back, but I was told that for this role, there would be 5 total rounds with the last in person in front of a panel in DC. I received an invite for the third round, but was unable to make the day and time that they scheduled it for. I immediately reached out to the contact to inform them of my schedule conflict. We went back and forth via email several times in order to schedule the next round. I then never heard back from the contact despite a few follow up emails. Between that and the fact that they need 5 rounds for a FRM position, it seems to me that there is some disorganization within the company.
