4 30-minute interviews, not too difficult, multiple sales folks and a few other leaders involved. Asked about resiliency/toughness, connections within industry, etc. It's a pretty standard process that also includes a few tests/background check. No drug tests/IQ tests. They will ask what other companies/firms you're looking at as well and why Heffernan was a choice on the list.
