I was called in for several rounds of interviews. The first interview I met with the photographer and a person from HR. The second round I met with the photographer again and the whole creative team. The interview was pretty much standard fare but what irked me was that there was no followup. I sent thank you notes to the HR person and the photographer and heard nothing. I followed up again 2 weeks after the interview and again heard nothing. It's fine that I didn't get the position but I deserve some communication, even if it is a no, after going in for 2 interviews.
