Interview

The interview process is very straight forward and quick. HR schedules interviews as soon as possible. All the team members are nice, and ask questions regarding your experience and why you chose the company. The offer after the last round was made within a day.

They asked regarding my general experience, and and other standard questions. (What was the project you are most proud of?)

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HelloFresh in Nov 2023

Round 1 : hiring manager Round 2 : non technical Round 3 : usecase + technical Wasted 3 days on a use case for a technical round. Yet did not get asked a single technical question and got rejected even after providing executable code just because of the insecurity of the interviewers. SFMC Technical round is imaginary.

Do you use the sfmc rest end points used in use case in your day to day work? What will you do if the strategy of the campaign in your use case changes before activation? Will you accept it? Some more hypothetical questions.
