- Young company with events and emphasise on social. - Good employee discount.
Cons
- No diversity within management or senior management. - Despite trying to show the promote from within there isn't really any progression for most. They prefer to employee middle class white graduates with no experience than promote their own employees.

Good level of autonomy , with responsibilities from day 1. An environment where you are able to make an impact on the business as long as initiatives are data-driven. Good training focused on staff members which shows that the company really values its employees.

Pros
The environment is collaborative and open, completely ego-less which is extremely refreshing. You work alongside the Senior Management team on a daily basis. There is a strong emphasis on the Work/Life balance in the office with fun social events occurring weekly as well as Mental Health advocates always available for a conversation. Great perks with massive discounts on boxes as well as a gym membership or private health care. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to work in a fun, yet challenging and rewarding company!
Cons
It would be great if the social events, as well as learning events, were spread out more throughout the week so everyone could attend. I would love to see more events that involve mixing the teams up so you meet people in different roles!
