You will get called and have a short phone interview, and are told you are scheduled for an in person interview and will receive an email about it. You will be deceived into believing it is a 1-on-1 interview. When I showed up, there was actually 10 of us put into a room together. They will spend 1-2 hours talking about the company, and making you go around in a circle trying to tell everyone why you think you deserve the job, answering random questions, etc., but not actually learning anything about each individual candidate. At the end you will go in one by one, for a short 1-3 minute interview and will not be able to get a fair and proper interview. If I had known this was a group interview, I would not have wasted my time. They are unfair and not a strong representation of each candidate. They will likely give you a “maybe we will hire you” at the end of the whole process, then never call you back.

Went through what HelloFresh is, didn't ask us too many questions surprisingly, and at the end, did a role play door-to-door sales situation. It was pretty easy, the interviewer seemed to be just looking for the vibe of each person and potential rather than skills.
