Henley Properties interview questions

Initial phone interview with HR Consultant, then an In Person interview with the Team Leader and Showroom Manager at the Head Office, followed by a tour of Showroom. I was offered the job over the phone the following day.

Very informal, no behavioural style questions were asked of me which I found surprising. The hiring process was a fairly quick turnaround, which was refreshing. The company has since had a recruitment role added whereas I experienced a HR person.
