Interview
Interview consisted of meeting with vice president of region, two general superintendents and two operations managers. Met with each for about 10-15 minutes. General discussion topics. Why construction? Past experiences? Leadership skills? Willingness to travel / work long hours? etc. Everyone was friendly and it lasted about 3 hours total.

Round Robin type interviews. So mentally prepare to do about 4~5 interviews over a few hours. Some interviewers felt almost identical but some really wanted to get to know you and hear your career story.
I attended the career fair and was able to secure a next-day interview. I had an hour-long interview where I was asked questions about myself and my experience, and I was able to ask multiple questions.

Good during process but, not good communication on a yes or no. This is not a good sign. Didn't bother to give me a generic sorry we won't be pursuing you.
