I completed online app, had a phone interview about a week after. About two weeks later, i was scheduled for an interview. Company paid for all expenses. Evening before interview, had dinner with some employee staff members, along with a small group of people who were also interviewing. We all toured jobsite first thing in the morning before actual interview. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very easy- going interview, more like a dialogue/ conversation.
