I first was referred by my former boss and spoke in detail with the functional manager in Hexaware for over an hour regarding my remit in my previous organisation. Second round of interview took place over a telephonic call with the onsite VP sales and it was a repetition of the first round. The third round of interview was with the HR department and this is where things got a little interesting. HR rep negotiated like he was negotiating in a fish market.
