Screening with one of the founders. Then was invited in to meet the team for final rounds. While I appreciated that their process did not have a ton of steps, their team was incredibly disrespectful throughout. I had to request the "assignment" which was so open-ended and ambiguous that it required a lot of time to figure out a plan.
Then the real kicker - not a single woman on the interview panel. I have spent a LONG time in tech but have somehow never experienced this. It's a red flag and the fact that they didn't notice and/or didn't resolve is also a red flag.
Then after having candidates go in person with their free labor prepared, the rejections did not include a single piece of feedback. Really unpleasant experience, frankly.
