Hightower Advisors interview questions

The interview process was 4 rounds: - HR (with behavioral questions) - hiring manager - two leaders in peer functions (I.e accounting) - in person with finance leaders and case study

There was a total of 4 interviews for this particular position. The first was a preliminarily phone interview with the recruiter. The team quickly got back to the recruiter to schedule a zoom interview with the managing partners. That same day another zoom interview was scheduled for me to meet with the staff for an assessment, later that week. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview with the entire team. The entire process took about 3 weeks. This was the most streamlined process I have ever been through
