Hill Country BBQ interview questions

This was a typical service industry interview, and covered the usual bases about my prior experience. There were no surprise questions and it was generally a nice conversation about the position.

Friendly interviewer. They want to understand your experience and problem solving skills. How do you handle pressure and conflict. Initial interviews were conducted over the phone and then panel interviews in person. This was prior to covid. Do not know what the current process is
